PACKAGING
LEAD TIME
We aim to ship all deliveries within 2-3 working days, however during busy times such as Christmas please allow 3-5 working days. We will prepare your order as soon as possible then send it with your chosen shipping method.
LOCAL DELIVERY/COLLECTION
If you are local to us and would like your order delivered, please select local delivery at the checkout. You will receive instructions via email once your order is ready for delivery. Please note minimum £10 order for delivery.
Delivery is available to customers living within a 4.5 mile radius of Hemsby.
Collection is available from Hemsby at a pre-agreed time.
UK SHIPPING
Royal Mail Tracked 48 £3.95 (dispatched within 3-5 working days)
Royal Mail Tracked 24 £4.95 (1-2 working days - order before 12pm for next working day dispatch)
Over £50 standard shipping within the UK is FREE
REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of the product, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
